Quick and efficient service! I took my laptop in at 2pm, it was pretty fubar and wouldn't start up at all. They had it fixed and ready to go at 5pm and even stayed open for a while after so I could pick it up on the same day. Highly recommend!

I went through these guys and they used a guy named Tom Green for Mac stuff. Tom mistook when my Mac came out, so he thought he was working on a newer model, but realized he wasn't. When he realized he wasn't, he called it a "misdiagnosis" and didn't charge me anything. I thought that was super cool and super honest. It's nice to have that much honesty, especially when he will break up the hours that he works on your stuff. You can rest assured he will be giving you actual time. 5 star service!

As far as I can tell, this store no longer exists or has moved and not updated its listing. Where Google says it is, there is now a shoe store, and it isn't anywhere on any of the Riverwalk directories. I guess that means it's back to getting my computer parts shipped to me via Amazon...
After returning from a long vacation - I came home to severe computer challenges with my work laptop. After a frantic call to High Country Computers - they took charge, accommodated me in an extreme time of need and fixed my problems with ease. I know for a fact that Kevin had to work super late that night because he felt bad for my crazed state of mind with no computer. They contacted me later that night to rest my soul that the computer would be fixed and I could pick it up in the morning - before they were even open! Karen opened the store early the next day, just so I could come in and start my day with a happy computer.
