They act as though it is your duty to seek help when they should approach you. They have little product knowledge and give me rude body language such as rolling their eyes when I ask questions. Worst of all, when told to wait, they helped another customer that walked in more than 10 minutes after me before assisting me. (I'm assuming it was based on ethnicity differences.)
They sold me a phone and the charger is defective and they won't do anything about it also when they set me up for directv they got my phone number wrong when they're the one that sold me the phone ....so I couldn't get the installation this place sucks
I purchased two Samsung moto e phones from a cricket retailer in Buffalo New York. I then mailed them to my technically challenged parents in Eagle Colorado. Since there is not a cricket store in Eagle Colorado I told my mother to take the phone to the closest AT&T store. And have them sync your contacts into the other phone . We all know that's something very easy to do. But my parents are technically challenged and that's why I suggested you take the phones to AT&T. My mother got it all wrong and ask them to activate the phone. And then called me back very upset saying that the girl at the store said she could not help her. So I called the store to find out what the problem was. I was told my mother was trying to activate the phones at the store . When I told them what the situation was and that the only two cricket stores available to them were in Durango and Denver. Could they please help my mother Bluetooth over her contacts it's a very simple procedure. I was told yes they could do that but that it would be $25 per phone. If somebody had called me and told me that their elderly parents needed help with a simple technological procedure my answer would have been sure no problem tell them to come by I'll be more than happy to help them. I'm totally taken aback at their insensitivity and greediness.
