As I entered I hear laughter loudly from back.. approached the counter a young guy and two girls which one of the girls hair looked dirty.. swinging out and about around the food..eww gross..after I gave it a shot to order was given cold fries..cold burger..and cold bacon when I specifically asked for no bacon..then was corrected by a i assume a manager...1-1-2017 about 5:23 pm..very rude and nasty looking staff..please bring them soap/water..and the attitude is rude and disrespectful
Not coming here again because Marisol ruined my thought of Wendy's
I come here every morning for breakfast and it's always a pleasure to see Angela's smiling face first thing in the morning. Her service is top notch and I know when I hear her voice through the drive-through that my order is going to come out correct and fast. The place definitely doesn't run the same with Angela's not there. Also coming from the East Coast I think it's pretty cool that Wendy's has breakfast and it's really good. Of all the fast food joints in the valley, which is an a lot, this place is definitely the best.
I came in today expecting a wonderful dining experience as usual. But when I ordered my meal a manager by the name "Marisol" called our cashier out for not having her name tag. When she explained that she forgot it at home, marisol rudely took her to the back to get her one. Once she was back she looked like she wanted to cry. Even after she was doing her job properly with her name tag and everything, Marisol continued talking rudely about Bonnie(not sure about her name) in Spanish. The cashier was the only white girl in the facility and I understand Spanish and she was talking bad about her the whole time to other Hispanic workers instead of telling her in English in order to improve her work quality.
I came in today ordered a hamburger with no cheese and extra pickles I got cheese on my on my hamburger and I also got only two pickles when I went to tell the manager and have them remake it the girls who were making my hamburger were super rude and instead of putting extra pickles they put like a pile of pickles. They were super rude and super unprofessional. Not To mention how long it took me to get my hamburger in the first place... At least 15 min. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else they should definitely invest in some customer service training.
Horrable! Went through drive through to get a coffe, asked for 5 sugar, got no sugar. Tried again a couple of days later, same deal! No sugar in coffee!!!
