I really wanted to like this place. The owner seemed nice, and it's well-located. But I've had numerous issues with them, not the least of which is that they never answer their damn phone during business hours! They've messed up the dates of my appointments before and I've had to reschedule, and after not answering the phone I wanted to wait 72 hours for a call back. Every time I try to do business with them I regret it, so I'm giving my business to other worthy establishments in Edwards
I called, and called trying to get a hold of somebody to book an appointment. They have a prerecorded voice saying you have a bad connection that just hangs up on you. It's disrespectful and the salon as a whole is over priced based on the service and quality. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking to be treated with respect.
Michelle provided excellent service including personal recommendations on dining and entertainment in Vail. My hair has never been happier than in the hands of my new favorite platinum blonde, Ms. Michelle. If you ever find yourself in the foothills of the Rockies, look Michelle up!
