Horrible service! They seemed annoyed that they had customers. I can tolerate that but the two egg sandwiches I ordered were cold. I've ordered them for years and this is the first time they have ever not been hot. I went in and told them and all I got was a flat "really?" No apology and no effort to make it right. Worst Starbucks I've been to.
Great location and staff. One of the best Starbucks to buy bagged coffee. An amazing and varied selection. In fact I've been to Starbucks all over the US and have never seen such variety.
Nice people but my order is never right. Even ordering mobile. Wring size coffee, ordered whole beans and they were out of what I ordered. No refund offered. Breakfast sandwich was cold. Worst Starbucks I have been in.
One downside is during the school year the wait time time is very long at around 9 AM and 3 PM due to its proximity to a high school. Other than that no complaints.
